We have a designated Maintenance Department which looks after all aspects of Plumbing, Heating, Joinery, Electrical works, improvements and extensions. We are able to attend to emergency repairs and only use trained staff with experience in the relevant area. We can provide you detailed and free no-obligation quote for any big or small work. We have expertise in brining the properties in line with Leeds City Council letting standards and we will be happy to cover Selective Licensing areas.
